Course Description
There are some new rules – and some rules that have been dropped - for Cafeteria Plans in 2012, including a number of concepts that did not exist under prior IRS guidance. For instance, there are optional provisions in the regulations that must be adopted by amendment if a plan wishes to rely on them.
This audio conference covers these changes and options, and includes special emphasis on the types of situations that often raise the most troublesome questions for employers and their vendors and advisors.
