Course Description
This course covers key new features in Windows Server 2012. It will outline new management and access features for areas such as Server Manager, Active Directory and PowerShell.
After completing this clinic, students will be able to:
•Explain the key changes to Server Manager, Active Directory, and PowerShell
•Explain and implement Dynamic Access Control
•Describe the improvements to network services and significant storage changes
•Implement an Online Backup strategy
•Explain the changes to DirectAccess
•Describe improved BranchCache functionality
•Explain the major changes to Hyper-V around networking, storage and management of Hyper-V virtual machines.
•Explain the new High Availability functionality and services such as DHCP and Print
