Mr. Tillman founded TrainUp.com in 2004 to meet the growing need for a centralized training & learning technology resource. TrainUp.com connects training seekers to training courses from industry leading live and online providers. More than 60,000 companies have purchased training at TrainUp.com. Jeremy’s newest venture KnowledgeFlo.com was birthed out of a desire to re-imagine all aspects of learning, performance and talent management technology. Jeremy realized both he and the industry were too focused on software and features and not enough on the people the systems were impacting. KnowledgeFlo.com’s next gen continuous approach is connecting learners and users in fascinating new ways as we learn and grow together. Jeremy is an honors Computer Science graduate from UAH and continued his education at SMU's Cox School of Business. Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife Debora and sons Miles & Luka while staying actively involved in after school programs and church initiatives.
